Our Summer Holiday Booking form for 2016 was recently issued to parents and we hope to inform you very shortly of PUPS availability during this time. If you wish to discuss holiday bookings then please contact PUPS staff or call Gillian on 01475 673505.

All families with children attending PUPS must complete a Family Registration Pack for the next school year. If you haven’t received this, then ask the staff for a copy as soon as possible.

As we are reaching the end of PUPS financial year, it is vital that all invoices are paid up to date by 27th May 2016. Please contact Gillian on 01475 673505 if you wish to discuss this further. Thank you.

As you know, we make good use of the Kelburn Primary playground and Scott Park when the weather is good. Please ensure that your child/children carry suncream and a sun hat in their bag at all times. They should also carry a rain jacket due to the unpredictability of our weather!

If you require childcare on school holiday Friday 27th May then please call Gillian ASAP on 01475 673505 – once again opening will be dependent on demand. PUPS will be closed on Monday 30th May school  holiday.

The PUPS AGM will be held in the Community Centre on Flatt Road at 7pm on 22nd March 2016. We hope that you can join us!

Unfortunately we are unable to offer day care on the next school holiday on Friday 12th, Monday 15th and Tuesday 16th February 2016. Apologies for any inconvenience.

Our next PUPS Committee Meeting will be held at the Community Centre, Flatt Road on Tuesday 9th February at 6.15pm. We’d be delighted to welcome any parents to this meeting.
