PUPS will be sending forms out in early March to allow parents and carers to indicate requirements for childcare over the 2 weeks of April 2017 holidays. We will be in touch again shortly regarding this.

Is it really February already? Yes it is and our first school holiday of the year is almost here! PUPS will be closed on the following days: 

• Friday 10th February 2017
• Monday 13th February 2017
• Tuesday 14th February 2017

We hope that you have all had a lovely holiday and look forward to opening again on 9th January 2017 at the normal time for breakfast club.

We will soon be sharing details of our annual Family Fun Night, which is due to be held on 29th November at the Community Centre. As always, we would very much appreciate any donations for raffle prizes. More details to follow shortly! 

PUPS will be open for full day care on 10th, 11th, 12th, 13th, 14th and 17th October *providing there is sufficient demand*. Please complete the holiday booking form ASAP and return to PUPS BY 30TH SEPTEMBER. Anyone requesting care will be informed immediately after that date regarding our proposed opening times.

The parents and guardians of all children attending PUPS are welcome to attend Committee Meetings which are held approximately six weekly. It is hugely important that we have your views in order to carry out the decision-making in relation to PUPS.

The last meeting was held on Tuesday 26th September at 6.15pm in the Community Centre. Further meetings will be communicated in our regular newsletter.

September invoices have been issued recently and should be PAID BY FRIDAY 30TH SEPTEMBER.

This invoice is for all care within the month of September  (excluding the recent In-Service day on 19th September) and also the £10 annual registration fee.

It is important that children have a rain jacket with hood with them every day when they attend PUPS regardless if the weather is dry when they leave home. Could you also please ensure that the child’s name is written on all clothing.

If your child is not able to attend PUPS it is important that you phone Gillian ASAP to cancel on 01475 673505 or for cancellations after 12 noon you should phone the Community Centre on 01475 689812 at 2.45pm and only if it is *impossible* to cancel before 12 noon. Breakfast Club bookings and cancellations should be directed to Jane Monaghan on 01475 674324.
